1. Refund Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
